Yoga And Ayurveda: Autumn Nourishment
Ayurvedic wisdom points us to nourishing the nervous system, particularly in the fall season. In this experiential workshop, we delve into rich and mindful yoga practices to stabilize and nurture ourselves. Morning yoga is a slow flowing practice using Ayurvedic principles to balance the mind-body. We sequentially move through stability, trust and expansion. Evening yoga is a deeply relaxing practice using: restorative yoga, yin yoga, pranayama and mindfulness of the senses. The afternoons are free to delight in the beauty and benevolence of Breitenbush. This holistic approach to balancing the nervous system cultivates stability, presence and vital connection.
Appropriate for those with at least six months of yoga experience.
