Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens
In this class we will cultivate skills in focusing attention, calming the mind, and enhancing physical flexibility and strength. We will learn fundamental yoga poses and sequences, along with breathing and meditation practices for relaxation and clarity of mind. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
