Ayurvedic wisdom points us to nourishing the nervous system, particularly in the Fall. In this experiential workshop, we delve into rich and mindful yoga practices, guided meditation and exquisite healing practices using the senses. Morning yoga is a slow flowing practice using Ayurvedic principles to balance the mind-body. We sequentially move through stability, surrender and expansion throughout the retreat. Early evenings, we explore deep relaxation, using restorative yoga, mindfulness of the senses and breathing practices. The afternoons are free to delight in the beauty and benevolence of Breitenbush. This holistic approach to balancing the nervous system cultivates stability, presence and vital connection.
