Take class every day for a week and feel the momentum of your practice. The yoga classes will have a focus on detoxification and will be designed to build on each other, facilitating a deeper understanding and facility of the yoga asana practice. In addition, you will be given a protocol for a gentle & simple Ayurvedic cleanse that you can do concurrently throughout the week with the support of the sangha, if you choose to.
