Hi, I’m Ronly Blau. I whole-heartedly invite you to discover your most vibrant self. This vibrancy is the powerful combination of awakened and wise mindfulness with a healthy mind and body.

The pathway to vibrant living is through integrating Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation in a lifelong practice. With loving dedication, I bring my full presence into meeting you at the entry point that you are most drawn to. We can begin our work together through the Vibrant Living Program, Yoga, or the Mindbody Cleanse.

    This class integrates mindfulness with the asana practice. This means we flow from one pose to the next slowly and deliberately with keen interest and care. We pause throughout class to notice the effects the movement has on the mind and body and to adjust appropriately. Sometimes music is used to help enliven our inner graceful dancer while at other times we simply flow with the breath. All levels are welcome, but some introductory experience with yoga is recommended.

    If you’re curious about Yoga or it’s been a while since you’ve tested your body’s flexibility, this class will allow you to discover the benefits of Yoga while moving at your own pace. Each session includes adaptations to the varied movement, supporting a diversity of body types and skill levels.
